1. Scope of services
a) Vedic Astrology Consultations: interpretative, tradition-based advisory intended to aid personal decision-making.
b) Functional Nutrition and Health Consultations: educational, evidence-informed guidance on diet, lifestyle, and nutraceutical use where appropriate. We do not diagnose disease, issue prescriptions, or provide emergency care. You must seek the advice of a registered medical practitioner for diagnosis, treatment, or urgent care.
2. Booking, pricing, and fulfilment
a) Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through approved methods displayed at checkout.
b) Delivery is digital unless expressly stated otherwise and may include scheduled calls, messaging, and written plans.
c) Estimated timelines are communicated at booking. Minor, reasonable adjustments may be made to preserve quality.
3. Client Responsibilities
a) Provide accurate information, including relevant history and current treatments.
b) Consult your doctor before initiating any new diet, supplement, or protocol.
c) Ensure that any purchase of nutraceuticals complies with local law and personal medical advisories.
d) For minors, a parent or legal guardian must contract and supervise participation.
4. Rescheduling and no-shows
One complimentary reschedule is available if requested at least 24 hours before the slot. A missed slot or arrival more than 15 minutes late may be treated as delivered.
5. Remedies, expectations, and limitations
Guidance is rendered with professional diligence. Outcomes depend on individual biology, adherence, and context, and no guarantee of a specific result is made or implied.
6. Deliverables and intellectual property
All reports and protocols are licensed to the client for personal use only. Any redistribution, publication, or commercial use requires prior written consent.
7. Liability cap and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the specific consultation at issue. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.
8.Refusal or termination
We may decline or discontinue service in cases of abuse, harassment, fraud risk, chargeback abuse, regulatory concerns, or non-cooperation.
